All payments for services must be agreed upon before project initiation. Payment terms, including milestones, will be discussed with each client.

We aim to deliver projects within agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to changes in scope, client feedback delays, or unforeseen issues.

Reasonable revisions are included. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed. Nexaura Labs may showcase completed work in its portfolio.

Nexaura Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or in case of non-payment.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept those changes.
